Mexican Potato Nachos

Today We will prepare Potato Nachos. Oh no sorry.... :P Mexican Potato Nachos. Yes Today we will learn how to prepare Mexican Potato Nachos. Its a very testy dish and maximum Mexican people love this food. Somewhere I read that 85% Mexican People Love Mexican Potato Nachos. After reading that article I feel interest that 85% people love this means, it will be so much testy or delicious. So I decide to prepare this. Last day when I was preparing this wonderful dish then its smell make me so hungry (actually water came in my tongue :P). Okay friends let's start cooking.

Ingredients:

black beans (drained)1 (15 ounce) can
shredded lettuce¼ Cup
Ground beef½ Pound
Guacamole¼ Cup
Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
Water2 Tablespoons
Salt and ground black pepperTo taste
Small tomato (chopped)1
Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
Sour cream¼ Cup
Large baking potatoes2
Shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)8 Ounces
Taco seasoning2 Tablespoons


Mexican Potato Nachos

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Pour a pair of tablespoons of edible fat into an over sized bowl; toss the potato slices within the oil to coat.
  • Arrange the slices during a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Bake within the preheated oven until the potato slices are golden brown, about twenty minutes.
  • While potato slices are baking, heat one tablespoon of edible fat during a pan over medium heat; brown the bottom beef within the hot oil, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  • Mix the black beans into the bottom beef; stir within the taco seasoning and water. Bring the mixture to a boil and cut back heat to medium-low. Simmer until the flavors have alloyed, about 10 minutes.
  • Arrange the potato slices on a serving platter and sprinkle with 0.5 the cheddar cheese.
  • Top the potatoes with the meat and bean mixture; sprinkle the remaining cheese on the nachos.
  • Spread the lettuce out over the nachos and garnish with tomato and dollops of cream and dip.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Last year I went to china with my family. There I test a unknown dish named Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese. It was so much delicious that I even cannot forget it. When I come to my country then I try to prepare Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese at my kitchen. I become successful to prepare this. So I am sharing this wonderful recipe to all of you. You will need only 50 minutes to prepare this recipe. So I think it will be so easy to prepare. Okay let’s start preparing Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese.

Ingredients:

Mustard powder1 Teaspoon
Seasoned dry bread crumbs¼ Cup
Uncooked elbow macaroni1 ½ Cups
Processed cheese food (cubed)8 Ounces
Butter¼ Cup
American cheese (cubed)8 Ounces
All-purpose flour2 Tablespoons
Milk2 Cups
Ground black pepper1 Teaspoon


Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
 
Directions:
  • First we need a preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 205 degree C.
  • Then a casserole dish also need for this recipe.
  • Now place butter 1 1/2 quart on that dish.
  • And then start heating... don't stop until butter melt.
  • Now we need a saucepan to boil water with salt.
  • Add macaroni in it and start cooking I think it will take 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Take another saucepan and place butter in it.
  • Add mustard powder, flour and pepper with butter and start blending.
  • Now slowly stir in the milk, beating out any lumps.
  • Add the American and processed cheeses, and stir constantly until the sauce is thick and smooth.
  • Now drain noodles and stir them into the cheese sauce.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
  • Cover the dish and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.

Pumpkin Pancakes


Directions:
  • First preheat a griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Then bring a large bowl.
  • Now place brown sugar, flour, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in that bowl.
  • Need to mix them well.
  • Now take another medium bowl.
  • And Place egg, vanilla extract, milk, vegetables oil and pumpkin in the bowl.
  • Also mix them well.
  • Pour all the wet ingredients over the flour mixture and whisk gently until it combined well.
  • Once the griddle comes to temperature, drizzle with vegetable oil and wipe off excess with a paper towel.
  • Ladle ⅓-cup of the batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
  • Now need to cook until the edges are set and the bubbles around the edges are open and set.

Serve Immediately!!!

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic is very easy and impressive dish that anyone can prepare this. We need only 30 minutes to prepare this wonderful dish. I hope everybody will enjoy it.

Ingredients:

Fresh mushrooms, sliced¾ Pound
Bay leaf1
Olive oil2 Tablespoons
Butter1 Tablespoon
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts4
Dried thyme¼ Teaspoon
Cloves garlic6
Chicken broth¾ Cup
All-purpose flour2 Tablespoons
Balsamic vinegar¼ Cup
Salt and pepperTo taste


Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Directions:
  • First we need to season chicken with pepper and salt.
  • Rinse mushrooms and pat dry.
  • Season the flour with pepper and salt also.
  • Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
  • Now bring a skillet and heat oil in it.
  • Sauté the chicken for 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Now we have to add the garlic with it.
  • Turn the chicken breasts and scatter the mushrooms over them.
  • Continue frying and don't forget to shake and stir the mushrooms.
  • Cook it until it become brown or I think it will take 4 to 5 minutes.
  • After then add some vinegar, bay leaf, thyme and broth.
  • Need to cover it tightly and simmer over medium low heat.
  • Continue heating for 10 minutes.
  • After 10 minutes over then cover with foil and transfer the chicken to warm serving platter.
  • Need do continue simmering the sauce, over medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Swirl in the butter and discard the bay leaf.
  • Pour this mushroom sauce mixture over the chicken and then you can serve it.

  • We will place potatoes, carrots and some onion into the bottom of that slow cooker.
  • Now pour in the water.
  • Place the brisket on top of the vegetables.
  • Take beer and pour it over the brisket.

  • Sprinkle on the spices from the packet.
  • Cover it now and set the cooker on high.
  • We need to cook the brisket for 8 hours.
  • If you don't forget to keep cabbage then take it.
  • Stir in the cabbage and cook more 1 hour before serving.

Ingredients:

Balsamic vinegar½ Cup
Boneless pork loin roast2 Pounds
Steak seasoning rub2 Tablespoons
Olive oil½ Cup


Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin


Directions:
  • Take a bowl and place olive oil in it.
  • Dissolve steak seasoning in balsamic vinegar.
  • Now stir it in olive oil.
  • Place pork into a resalable plastic bag and pour marinade over top.
  • Squeeze out air and seal bag.
  • Marinate for overnight.
  • Now we need a preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degree C.
  • Bring a baking dish.
  • Place pork into that baking dish along with marinade.
  • Bake in preheated oven.
  • Basting occasionally until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or 65 degrees C for 1 hour.
  • Now let it roast rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Jambalaya-Healthy Chicken Recipes looks and smells wonderful so I like this recipe very much. To prepare Jambalaya we can use both shrimp and chicken. You can use any of them as you like. And about rice, if you want white rice it also is okay. But you also can add brown rice with it. There is no problem with brown or white. And also if you like tomato flavor then you can also add some tomato flavor with it. I think you will enjoy this Jambalaya that a wonderful dish.

Ingredients:

Cajun Creole seasoning2 Teaspoons
Hot pepper sauce1 Teaspoon
¼ inch slices package Johnsonville® Andouille Dinner Sausage1 (13.5 ounce)
Jambalaya Rice Mix1 (8 ounce) Package
Worcestershire sauce1 Teaspoon
Boneless and skinless chicken breast8 Ounces
Chopped fresh parsley2 Tablespoons
Diced tomatoes, drained and divided1 (14 ounce) Can
Olive oil1 Teaspoon

Directions:
  • We need a blow to prepare this Jambalaya.

  • It’s going to be finished. Only one more step remains.
  • In this step add shrimp or chicken and sausage to rice and stir until heated through.

Directions:
  • We need a large Dutch oven over medium heat.

  • Now we will add onion with this.
  • And start cooking until it becomes soft.
  • Now we will take a large bowl.

  • We need ginger garlic paste, 1/2 cup water and tomatoes and stir it.

  • Now stir in peas, potato and carrot.
  • Then season with salt, chicken bouillon, black pepper, red Chile, turmeric and garam masala.
  • Stir it well and then cover it.

Vegetable Biryani
  • Pour in 4 cups water and bring to a boil over high heat.
  • Once boiling then stirs in basmati rice.
  • Now reduce heat to medium.
  • And don't stop cooking until the rice has softened.
Vegetable Biryani is ready to serve. You can serve it hot. Enjoy delicious dish.

Thinly sliced small onion1

Capers5 Tablespoons
Thinly sliced red bell pepper1
Fresh lemon juice6 Tablespoons
Thinly sliced roma (plum) tomatoes4

Directions:
  • We need preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 Degrees C
Preheat Oven

  • Center each piece of fish on an individual piece of aluminum foil.
  • Now add some salt and pepper in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Need to divide onion, sliced tomatoes red peppers and yellow peppers between the 6 pieces of fish.
  • Now place on top of the fillets.
  • Sprinkle evenly with the capers and parsley.
  • Drizzle each fillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Bring a baking sheet and place fold and seal the foil in it.
  • Leave 2 inches between each packet for even cooking.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Leave it for 5 minutes
  • Now serve one packet for each person.

Vegetable Medley

Ingredients:

Sliced green bell peppers2
Red potatoes (cubed)4
Italian-style seasoning¼ Cup
Sliced large sweet potatoes2
Minced garlic1 Teaspoon
Carrots (shredded)2
Olive oil¼ Cup
Sliced red bell peppers2
large onion (sliced into rings)1

Directions:
  • We need a preheat oven.
  • So bring a preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
Preheat Oven

  • Need a baking dish now.
  • Coat the bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish with oil.
Baking Dish

  • Place sweet potatoes first then onion, red potatoes, green bell peppers, carrots and red bell peppers in that baking dish.
  • Sprinkle seasoning generously overall and cover dish with aluminum foil.
  • Now bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or 90 minutes.
  • I think bake will mixture in oven for another 30 minutes.

Romano Chicken

  • Now place chicken breasts on that pan.
  • Place Swiss cheese and ham slices on top and roll up, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
  • Bring a small bowl.
  • Place parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika, tarragon, bread crumbs and basil.
  • Now combine those ingredients together.
  • Mix them well and dip rollups in mixture to coat.
  • Now we need a microwave.
  • Drizzle with melted butter and cook on high heat in that microwave for 4 minutes.
