Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450F. Drizzle the vegetable oil into a 9.13-inch baking dish and use your hand to evenly coat the entire surface. Set aside.
Step 2: Combine the butter and hot sauce in a small saucepan, and cook over low heat, whisking until the butter is melted and fully incorporated. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Coalesce the hot sauce mixture, ground chicken, egg, celery, bread crumbs, and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix by hand until thoroughly incorporated.
Step 4: Roll the combination into around, 2 inch balls, making sure to pack the meat firmly. Place the balls in the prepared baking dish, being careful to line them up snugly and in even rows perpendicularly and horizontally to form a grid. The meatballs should be touching one another.
Step 5: Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are firm and cooked through. A meat thermometer inserted into the center of a meatball should read 165F.

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

Last night I went a party. There I see Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast. When I saw water comes to my tongue. I decide to prepare Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast in my kitchen. But I didn’t know how to prepare Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast. I try to contact with the cook of that party and learn how to prepare this delicious recipe. After that I came back to my home and really prepare Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast. It’s really an amazing dish. I will share with you now.


Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients:

Butter1 Tablespoon
Chicken broth2 ½ Cups
Bone-in beef pot roast1 (5 pound)
Fresh thyme2 Sprigs
All-purpose flour, or as needed1 Tablespoon
Stalks celery (cut into chunks)2
Mushrooms (Sliced)8 Ounces
All-purpose flour1 ½ Tablespoons
Chopped medium onion1
Medium carrots (cut into chunks)3
Vegetable oil2 Tablespoons
Sprig fresh rosemary1
Salt and pepperTo taste
Tomato paste1 Tablespoon
Cloves garlic (minced)2

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

Directions:
  • Take beef roast and season both sides with pepper and salt.
  • Until well coated sprinkle flour over the top.
  • Now pat it into the meat.
  • Shake off any excess.
  • We need a large skillet and give over medium high heat until it becomes hot.
  • Now place vegetable oil in that skillet for heating.
  • Sear the roast on both sides for 5 to 6 minutes each.
  • Now remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Reduce the heat to medium and stir in mushrooms and butter.
  • Need to cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Stir in onion and cook for 7 minutes.
  • Add garlic in it and stir it for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • Place 1 1/2 tablespoons flour and stir it.
  • Now place tomato paste and cook for 1 minute only.
  • Slowly add chicken stock and stir to combine.
  • Then return to a simmer.
  • Now remove skillet from the heat.
  • Take carrots and celery and place it in the slow cooker.
  • Place roast over the vegetables and pour in any accumulated juices.
  • Now add rosemary and thyme.
  • Take onion and mushroom mixture and pour it over the top of the roast.
  • Now cover slow cooker and turn to high and cook the roast for 5 hours to 6 hours.
  • Skim off any fat from the surface and remove the bones.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
It’s ready to serve. Enjoy your food.

Directions:
  • To prepare this recipe we need a slow cooker.
  • We will place potatoes, carrots and some onion into the bottom of that slow cooker.
  • Now pour in the water.
  • Place the brisket on top of the vegetables.
  • Take beer and pour it over the brisket.
Slow-Cooker

  • Sprinkle on the spices from the packet.
  • Cover it now and set the cooker on high.
  • We need to cook the brisket for 8 hours.
  • If you don't forget to keep cabbage then take it.
  • Stir in the cabbage and cook more 1 hour before serving.

Beef Tamales Recipe

Ingredients:

beef broth1 cup
cloves garlic, minced2
saltto taste
dried ancho chills4
chopped fresh oregano2 teaspoons
boneless chuck roast4 pounds
ground cumin1 teaspoon
white vinegar1 teaspoon
dried corn husks3 (8 ounce) packages
masa harina9 cups
all-purpose flour2 tablespoons
lard3 cups
cloves garlic4
red pepper flakes1 teaspoon
cumin seeds1 teaspoon
vegetable oil2 tablespoons


Beef Tamales Recipe

Directions:
  • Take a large pot.
  • Place garlic and beef in it.
  • Cover those with cold water.
  • Now bring a boil over high heat.
  • Still heating until water boils.
  • After that reduce heat to a simmer and cover the pot.
  • Let simmer for 3 to 4 hours or until beef is tender and shreds.
  • When it’s done then removes beef from pot.
  • Reserving 5 or 6 cups cooking liquid and discarding garlic.
  • Allow meat to cool slightly and shred finely with forks.
  • In this time place corn husks in a large container or pot.
  • And then cover with warm water.
  • Allow to soak for 2 or 3 hours.
  • You may need to weight down with an inverted plate or a heavy can.
  • Bring an iron skillet.
  • Now toast ancho chills in it.
  • Allow them to cool and remove stems and seeds.
  • Crumble and grind in a clean coffee grinder or with a mortar and pestle.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet.
  • Mix flour and allow it to brown.
  • Pour in a cup beef broth and stir until smooth.
  • Now mix cumin seeds, ground chills, ground cumin, oregano, minced garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and vinegar.
  • Stir shredded beef into skillet and cover it.
  • Now need to simmer 45 to 50 minutes.
  • This time you need a large mixing bowl.
  • Place lard and slat in it.
  • Now bring an electric mixer.
  • Whip with this mixer on high speed.
  • Keep mixing until fluffy.
  • We need to mix masa harina and beat at low speed.
  • Now pour in reserved cooking liquid a little at a time until mixture is the consistency of soft cookie dough.
  • Now drain water from corn husks.
  • One at a time, flatten out each husk, with the narrow end facing you, and spread approximately 2 tablespoons masa mixture onto the top 2/3 of the husk.
  • Spread about 1 tablespoon of meat mixture down the middle of the masa.
  • Roll up the corn husk starting at one of the long sides.
  • Fold the narrow end of the husk onto the rolled tamale and tie with a piece of butchers' twine.
  • Place tamales in a steamer basket.
  • Steam over boiling water for approximately one hour, until masa is firm and holds its shape.
  • Make sure steamer does not run out of water.
  • Serve immediately, allowing each person to unwrap their own tamales.
  • Allow any leftovers (still in husks) to cool, uncovered, in the refrigerator.

Beef Martini

Some days ago I went to a tour from my university to Chittagong. There we test a new dish named Beef Martini. Before that I never test this delicious food. After testing it I was very glad so I feel interest how to make it myself. You all know that I have hobby to make new recipes myself and become happy if anybody test it and become glad to test it again. I meet with the cook of that restaurant and told him that I am quite impressed to test his Beef Martini. Then I told him how you make it so much delicious? Then he shows me the full process. I am describing you all the process bellow. I think you will be glad to test it also.

Ingredients:

Barbecue sauce1 Cup
Dried basil1 Teaspoon
Gin¼ Cup
Beef sirloin steaks4 (1/2 pound)
Onion, chopped½
Dry vermouth1 Tablespoon
Garlic, crushed2 Cloves
Green olive brine1 Tablespoon
Salt and pepperTo taste

Beef Martini


Directions: 

1. Take a Medium Bowl
2. Combine Garlic, Barbecue sauce, Onion, Gin, Olive brine, Vermouth and Basil.
3. In a resalable sandwich bags place sprinkle each steak with salt and pepper.
4. Divide marinade between each bag and seal.
5. Make sure that marinade is evenly distributed around steaks.
6. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
7. Preheat grill for medium high heat and lightly oil grate.
8. Remove all steaks from bags and then discard marinade.
9. Grill steaks for 6 to 7 minutes per side.

Vegetables Oil1 Table Spoon
Frozen Stew Vegetables Thawed1 Package (16 oz each)
Hunt's Stewed Tomatoes Undrained1 can (14.5 oz each)
Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak, Cut Into 1 Inch Pieces1 Pound
Cold Water2 Cups
Ground Black Peeper1/8 Tea Spoon
Worcestershire Sauce1 Table Spoon
Brown Gravy Mix2(.87 Ounce) Packages

Heartwarming Beef Stew Skillet


Directions:

1. Take Vegetable Oil and heat it in large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Sprinkle steak evenly with pepper.
3. Add to skillet, in batches if you think its necessary.
4. Keep cooking until steak cubes are no longer pink in centers, Stirring occasionally.
5. Now remove from skillet and Cover to keep warm.
6. Now take skillet and add gravy mix and water.
7. Try to stire until well blended.

8. Now add undrained tomatoes, vegetables and Worcestershire sauce then mix it well.
9. Bring to a boil and stirring occasionally.
10. Stire in steak. Reduce heat to low
11. Cover skillet with lid.
12. Cook 10 Minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.

Barbecued Beef

Ohh its winter time. So cold here, Snow falling. In this weather Barbecued Beef is very much delicious recipe for all of US. It’s so easy to prepare this Barbecued Beef. I know all of you like this dish very much. Personally I really love it. This is one of my favorite dish. It will take only 9 to 10 hours to prepare it. So let’s start.

 Ingredients:
 
Worcestershire sauce 2 Table Spoons
Liquid smoke flavoring 1 Tea Spoon
Red wine vinegar ¼ Cup
Boneless chuck roast 1 (4 Pound)
Ketchup 1 ½ Cups
Ground black pepper ¼ Tea Spoon
Prepared Dijon-style mustard 2 Table Spoons
Packed brown sugar ¼ Cup
Garlic powder ¼ Tea Spoon
Salt ½ Tea Spoon

Barbecued Beef


Directions:

1. First take a large bowl.
2. Place brown sugar, ketchup, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon-style mustard and liquid smoke and mixed it.
3. Stir in salt, garlic powder and pepper.
4. Place chuck roast in a slow cooker.
5. Pour ketchup mixture over chuck roast.
6. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
7. Remove chuck roast from slow cooker.
8. Now shred with a form and return to the slow cooker.
9. Now stir meat to evenly coat with sauce.
10. Continue cooking approximately 1 Hour.

Sesame Beef is a Chinese Food. It’s so much testy. I prepare it many times for my family. My father like this dish very much. I think you also like this dish so much. It’s so easy to prepare Sesame Beef. Its take only 45 minutes to prepare this delicious dish. When I was in Dhaka I had Chinese neighbors. Very often I get a good smell from his kitchen. One day I think what he cooks, a delicious smell come out from his kitchen? I went his room and ask him what you prepare in launch? He just replied that Sesame Beef. I never heard the name of this recipe this was first. I told him will you teach me how to prepare it? He smile and agree to teach me. And now I am telling you how to prepare Sesame Beef.

Ingredients:
 
Vegetable oil 4 Table Spoons
White sugar 4 Table Spoons
Sesame seeds 2 Table Spoons
Round steak 1 Pound
Green onions, chopped 2
Soy sauce 4 Table Spoons
Cloves garlic, minced 2

Sesame Beef


Directions:

1. Take a large bowl
2. Sugar, oil, Soy sauce, garlic and onions and place in that bowl.
3. Mix those all and set aside
4. Cut steak into strips and add to bowl.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
6. Cook in wok or frying pan until brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
7. Add sesame seeds and cook for additional 2 minutes.

Sesame Beef

Beef Yakitori is a recipe that I like most. I prepared it for my family and friends very often. It’s very easy to prepare this delicious recipe. When I go to any restaurant, generally order Beef Yakitori. To prepare this we need 15 minutes for preparation, 15 minutes for cooking and dish will be ready to serve within 4 hours and 30 minutes. So if you decide to present Beef Yakitori for your guest then you have to take preparation for this because its need totally 4.30 hours. So come with me and learn how to make Beef Yakitori.  

Ingredients:
 
White sugar 2 Table Spoons
Lemon juice 2 Table Spoons
Ground ginger ½ Tea Spoon
Soy sauce ½ Cup
Sesame seeds 1 Table Spoon
Sirloin steak, cubed 1 Pound
Vegetable oil 2 Table Spoons
Clove garlic, minced 1
Green onions, thinly sliced 2

Beef Yakitori
 
 Directions:

1. At first you have to take a glass or a plastic bowl.
2. Place Ginger, Green onion, sesame seeds, garlic, lemon juice, sugar and soy sauce together and mix it.
3. Thread the beef onto skewers (soak the beef for 30 minutes first if you are using wooden skewers). 4. Now take a plastic or a glass container
5. Place the skewers in that plastic or glass.
6. Now pour the marinade over the meat, turning to coat well.
7. Cover and chill for a minimum 4 hours.
8. Preheat grill for high heat.
9. And position grates 6 to 7 inches from coals.
10. Now take brush and grate with oil.
11. Place skewers on grill.
12. Grill for 12 to 13 minutes.
13. Occasionally turning kabobs to ensure even cooking.

 Ingredients:
 
Cloves garlic, crushed 4
Salt 1 ½ Tea Spoons
Ground cardamom ½ Tea Spoons
Chopped fresh cilantro 2 Table Spoons
Ground turmeric 1 Tea Spoons
Ground cumin 1 Tea Spoons
Cumin seeds ½ Tea Spoons
Ground beef 1 Pound
Ground black pepper ½ Tea Spoons
Ground cinnamon ½ Tea Spoons
Phyllo dough 1 (16 ounce) package
Oil for deep frying 1 Quart
Chopped green Chile peppers 2 Table Spoons
Frozen peas, thawed 1 Cup
Chili powder 1 Tea Spoons
Large potatoes, peeled 2
Large onions, finely chopped 2
Vegetable oil 2 Table Spoons
Ground coriander 1 Tea Spoons
Minced fresh ginger root 1 Table Spoon
Bay leaf, crushed 1


Beef Samosas

Directions:

1. Take a medium saucepan of lightly salted water to boil.
2. Satire in potatoes and peas.
3. Cook until potatoes are tender but still firm.
4. Drain, mash together and set aside.
 5. Now take a large saucepan
6. Place oil in it and heat it over medium heat.
 7. Brown cumin seeds and bay leaf.
8. Mix in onions and ground beef.
9. Now keep cooking until beef become brown.
10. Mix in garlic, fresh ginger root.
11. Season with black pepper, cumin, salt, turmeric, cinnamon, chili powder and cardamom.
12. Stir in the mashed potato mixture.
13. Now stop heating and chill in the refrigerator for 1/1.30 hours.
14. Now take a large and heavy saucepan and place onion in it.
15. Give over high heat.
16. Mix cilantro and green Chile peppers into the potato and beef mixture.
 17. Place approximately 1 table spoon of the mixture on to each phyllo sheet.
18. Fold sheets into triangles, pressing edges together with moistened fingers.
19. In a small batches fry until golden brown about 3 to 5 minutes. 20. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
