Jambalaya-Healthy Chicken Recipes looks and smells wonderful so I like this recipe very much.
To prepare Jambalaya we can use both shrimp and chicken. You can use
any of them as you like. And about rice, if you want white rice it also
is okay. But you also can add brown rice with it. There is no problem
with brown or white. And also if you like tomato flavor then you can
also add some tomato flavor with it. I think you will enjoy this
Jambalaya that a wonderful dish.

Cajun Creole seasoning | 2 Teaspoons |
Hot pepper sauce | 1 Teaspoon |
¼ inch slices package Johnsonville® Andouille Dinner Sausage | 1 (13.5 ounce) |
Jambalaya Rice Mix | 1 (8 ounce) Package |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon |
Boneless and skinless chicken breast | 8 Ounces |
Chopped fresh parsley | 2 Tablespoons |
Diced tomatoes, drained and divided | 1 (14 ounce) Can |
Olive oil | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions:
- We need a blow to prepare this Jambalaya.
- Place sausage, chicken with Creole seasoning; toss to coat.
- Bring a skillet now.
- In over medium heat place oil in it.
- Add chicken or shrimp, sausage in that oil.
- Start cooking and stirring it until shrimp turn pink.
- I think it will take 3 or 4 minutes.
- Now take a saucepan.
- Prepare rice mix according to package directions.
- In addition, add one half of the tomatoes into the rice preparation.
- After sometimes like 12 minutes of cooking, add tomatoes, hot pepper sauce, parsley and Worcestershire sauce.
- Don't stop cooking until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
- It’s going to be finished. Only one more step remains.
- In this step add shrimp or chicken and sausage to rice and stir until heated through.
- Now you can serve.
