Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450F. Drizzle the vegetable oil into a 9.13-inch baking dish and use your hand to evenly coat the entire surface. Set aside.
Step 2: Combine the butter and hot sauce in a small saucepan, and cook over low heat, whisking until the butter is melted and fully incorporated. Remove from the heat and allow the mixture to cool for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Coalesce the hot sauce mixture, ground chicken, egg, celery, bread crumbs, and salt in a large mixing bowl and mix by hand until thoroughly incorporated.
Step 4: Roll the combination into around, 2 inch balls, making sure to pack the meat firmly. Place the balls in the prepared baking dish, being careful to line them up snugly and in even rows perpendicularly and horizontally to form a grid. The meatballs should be touching one another.
Step 5: Roast for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are firm and cooked through. A meat thermometer inserted into the center of a meatball should read 165F.

Fresh cilantro (chopped)¼ Cup
Green onion (chopped)1/3 Cup
jalapeno pepper (diced)1
Grapefruit sections2 Cups
Red bell pepper (chopped)¼ Cup

Sweet and Spicy Salmon with Grapefruit Salsa
 
Directions:
  • Need a preheat oven to 375 Degree F.
  • Bring a small bowl and place garlic powder, paprika, onion, salt, thyme, oregano, black pepper, brown sugar and cayenne pepper.
  • Now combine them well.
  • Cut salmon into 4 portions and brush with oil.
  • Distribute the rub over the salmon generously coating all surfaces.
  • Now we will place salmon on a shallow baking pan with sides.
  • I think it will need 15 to 20 minutes to bake.
  • It’s better that don't stop baking until fish flakes easily.
  • Coarsely chop grapefruit into bite size pieces.
  • In that moment we will combine all salsa ingredients and serve with salmon.

Creamy Strawberry Crepes

Directions:
  • To prepare Creamy Strawberry Crepes we need a blender.
  • We will place milk, eggs, melted butter, water, salt and flour in that blender.
  • Continue blending until it becomes smooth.
  • Take a nonstick skillet.
  • Place oil lightly and give heat.
  • Pour the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 2 tablespoons for each crepe.

  • Flip over when the batter is set and the edges are beginning to brown.

Meatball Sandwich is a well known dish every where in the world. Every body love to eat Meatball Sandwich. Tomato sauce is a essential ingredients in this fast food. 25 minutes is enough to prepare this recipe. I think it will be so easy to prepare for all. Meatball Sandwich

Ingredients:

1 French baguette
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 pinch salt, or to taste
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 slices provolone cheese
2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Meatball Sandwich


Directions:
  • We need an Oven first to prepare Meatball Sandwich.
  • Now preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
  • Take a medium bowl and then place bread crumbs, ground beef, Italian seasoning, parsley, garlic, Parmesan cheese and egg.
  • Then mix them well.
  • Need to shape into 12 meatballs and then place in a baking dish.
  • 15 minutes is enough to bake in the preheated oven.
  • In this time we have to cut the baguette in half lengthwise.
  • Remove some of the bread from the inside to make a well for the meatballs.
  • Brush with olive oil.
  • Season with garlic powder and salt.
  • Slip the baguette into the oven during the last 5 minutes of the meat ball's.
  • While the bread toasts, warm the spaghetti sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • When the meatballs are done, use a slotted spoon to transfer them to the sauce.
  • Spoon onto the baguette and top with slices of provolone cheese.
  • Return to the oven for 2 to 3 minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Cool slightly, cut into servings, and enjoy :)

Salt½ Teaspoon
Finely chopped onion1/3 Cup
Ground pepper1 Teaspoon
Diced cooked ham¾ Cup
Butter5 Tablespoons


Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Directions:
  • A stock pot is essential to prepare this Delicious Ham and Potato Soup.
  • Place celery, potatoes, water, ham and onion in stockpot.
  • Now combine all those ingredients well.
  • We need a boil now.
  • Then cook it over medium heat until potatoes tender. I think it will take 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Stir in the chicken bouillon, pepper and salt.
  • Need a saucepan now.
  • Melt butter over medium heat.
  • Whisk in flour with a fork then cook.
  • Stirring constantly until thick or about 1 minute.
  • Now slowly stir in milk as not to allow lumps to form until all of the milk has been added.
  • Continue stirring over medium low heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Stir the milk mixture into the stockpot and cook soup until heated through.
  • I think it’s time to serve Delicious Ham and Potato Soup immediately.

Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Pops

Some days ago I went to a market buying some dress, there I saw Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Pops. From then I am thinking how to make this. After many try I am successful and sharing this with you. :)

Chocolate Dipped Marshmallow Pops

To Prepare this I need some CandiQuik. So I buy some (actually I love chocolate)

To prepare this we need to melt the chocolate first. Break the CandiQuik chocolate and put all of them into a microwave. Then We will take a drinking glass because I think this is the perfect size for dipping. We need to put chocolate in the microwave for 30 to 35 seconds. Now string after each session (until chocolate is melted and smooth).

I put my marshmallows on sticks to make Marshmallow Pops.  You could also use the cute Paper Straws.  Dip the end of the stick in chocolate.

Insert the stick into the bottom of Marshmallow. Because it will help marshmallow stick to the stick.

Now we let it dry for some times before dipped the whole Marshmallow in the chocolate. Carefully cover the marshmallow.

Let the excess drip off before you pull it all the way out.

Like a ice cream

Now we will add sprinkles before the chocolate sets up. Just sprinkle all over the pop.

Dipped

Now need to dry it. And then place the pops in a Styrofoam brick. This will keep the pops from touching each other. And cold helps the chocolate dry faster which can stop drips of chocolate down the sticks.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

Its really a great recipe with some modifications. An Italian friend of mine who cooks told me that the proper way to make smooth Carbonara sauce is to combine the beaten eggs with the grated Parmesan. I try to do this here. Actually this Spaghetti Carbonara is really delicious and very easy to prepare. I can prepare this dish within 40 Minutes.

Spaghetti Carbonara II


Ingredients:

Dry white wine¼ Cup
Olive oil1 Tablespoon
Grated Parmesan cheese2 Tablespoons
Spaghetti1 Pound
Salt and black pepper to taste1 Pinch
Slices bacon, diced8
Eggs4
Olive oil1 Tablespoon
Chopped fresh parsley2 Tablespoons
Onion (chopped)1
Grated Parmesan cheese½ Cup
clove garlic (minced)1


Spaghetti Carbonara II

Directions:
  • Bring a large pot and place salted water to boil.
  • And place spaghetti pasta and cook until all dent.
  • Toss with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, set aside.
  • Bring a large skillet and place chopped bacon in it.
  • Now cook it until slightly crisp.
  • Remove and rain onto paper towels.
  • Reserve 2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
  • Add remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and heat in reused large skillet.
  • Now add chopped onion then cook it over medium heat.
  • Keep in eyes when it becomes translucent then stop heating.
  • When it became translucent then add minced garlic and again start cooking for 1 or 2 minutes.
  • If you like to add wine then this time you can add that and then again heat for 1 minute.
  • Then return cooked bacon to pan.
  • Add cooked and drained spaghetti.
  • If it seems dry then you can add more olive oil.
  • Add beaten eggs and cook, tossing constantly with tongs or large fork until eggs are barely set.
  • Now quickly add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese then toss again.
  • Add salt and pepper to test but remember one thing, bacon and parmesan are very salty. So be careful about it.
  • Serve immediately with chopped parsley sprinkled on top and extra Parmesan cheese at table.

Today We will prepare Potato Nachos. Oh no sorry.... :P Mexican Potato Nachos. Yes Today we will learn how to prepare Mexican Potato Nachos. Its a very testy dish and maximum Mexican people love this food. Somewhere I read that 85% Mexican People Love Mexican Potato Nachos. After reading that article I feel interest that 85% people love this means, it will be so much testy or delicious. So I decide to prepare this. Last day when I was preparing this wonderful dish then its smell make me so hungry (actually water came in my tongue :P). Okay friends let's start cooking.

Ingredients:

black beans (drained)1 (15 ounce) can
shredded lettuce¼ Cup
Ground beef½ Pound
Guacamole¼ Cup
Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
Water2 Tablespoons
Salt and ground black pepperTo taste
Small tomato (chopped)1
Vegetable oil2 tablespoons
Sour cream¼ Cup
Large baking potatoes2
Shredded Cheddar cheese (divided)8 Ounces
Taco seasoning2 Tablespoons


Mexican Potato Nachos

Directions:
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Pour a pair of tablespoons of edible fat into an over sized bowl; toss the potato slices within the oil to coat.
  • Arrange the slices during a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Bake within the preheated oven until the potato slices are golden brown, about twenty minutes.
  • While potato slices are baking, heat one tablespoon of edible fat during a pan over medium heat; brown the bottom beef within the hot oil, breaking it up into crumbles as it cooks, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  • Mix the black beans into the bottom beef; stir within the taco seasoning and water. Bring the mixture to a boil and cut back heat to medium-low. Simmer until the flavors have alloyed, about 10 minutes.
  • Arrange the potato slices on a serving platter and sprinkle with 0.5 the cheddar cheese.
  • Top the potatoes with the meat and bean mixture; sprinkle the remaining cheese on the nachos.
  • Spread the lettuce out over the nachos and garnish with tomato and dollops of cream and dip.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

Last year I went to china with my family. There I test a unknown dish named Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese. It was so much delicious that I even cannot forget it. When I come to my country then I try to prepare Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese at my kitchen. I become successful to prepare this. So I am sharing this wonderful recipe to all of you. You will need only 50 minutes to prepare this recipe. So I think it will be so easy to prepare. Okay let’s start preparing Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese.

Ingredients:

Mustard powder1 Teaspoon
Seasoned dry bread crumbs¼ Cup
Uncooked elbow macaroni1 ½ Cups
Processed cheese food (cubed)8 Ounces
Butter¼ Cup
American cheese (cubed)8 Ounces
All-purpose flour2 Tablespoons
Milk2 Cups
Ground black pepper1 Teaspoon


Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese
 
Directions:
  • First we need a preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 205 degree C.
  • Then a casserole dish also need for this recipe.
  • Now place butter 1 1/2 quart on that dish.
  • And then start heating... don't stop until butter melt.
  • Now we need a saucepan to boil water with salt.
  • Add macaroni in it and start cooking I think it will take 6 to 7 minutes.
  • Take another saucepan and place butter in it.
  • Add mustard powder, flour and pepper with butter and start blending.
  • Now slowly stir in the milk, beating out any lumps.
  • Add the American and processed cheeses, and stir constantly until the sauce is thick and smooth.
  • Now drain noodles and stir them into the cheese sauce.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish.
  • Cover the dish and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.
Wow!!! You almost done your delicious recipe. You can serve it. Now we will know about the food value of Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese.

Pumpkin Pancakes


Directions:
  • First preheat a griddle to medium-high heat.
  • Then bring a large bowl.
  • Now place brown sugar, flour, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in that bowl.
  • Need to mix them well.
  • Now take another medium bowl.
  • And Place egg, vanilla extract, milk, vegetables oil and pumpkin in the bowl.
  • Also mix them well.
  • Pour all the wet ingredients over the flour mixture and whisk gently until it combined well.
  • Once the griddle comes to temperature, drizzle with vegetable oil and wipe off excess with a paper towel.
  • Ladle ⅓-cup of the batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
  • Now need to cook until the edges are set and the bubbles around the edges are open and set.

Serve Immediately!!!

  • Chill the dough for 8 hours.
  • Bring a preheat oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough 1/3 at a time to 1/8 inch thickness, refrigerating remaining dough until ready to use.
Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies

  • Now we will cut into our desired shapes with lightly floured cookie cutters.
  • We need a cookie sheets and place 1 inch apart on ungreased.
  • Now leave cookies plain for frosting.
  • Bake for 5 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

Mayonnaise1/3 Cup
Chopped red bell pepper1/3 Cup
Chopped celery½ Cup
Packages refrigerated crescent rolls2 (8 ounce)
Cauliflower florets1 Cup
Radishes, sliced1 Cup
Chopped carrot½ Cup
Broccoli florets1 Cup
Packages cream cheese, softened2 (8 ounce)
Chopped green bell pepper1/3 Cup
Chopped yellow bell pepper1/3 Cup
Package dry vegetable soup mix (such as Knorr®)1 (1.4 ounce)

Vegetables Pizza


Directions:
  • Take a Preheat oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C.
  • Spread crescent roll dough out into an 11 x 14-inch jelly roll pan.
  • Pinch perforations and seams together to make a crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crust is lightly golden brown, about 10 minutes.
  • Then let cool completely.
  • Now bring a bowl.
  • And mix cream cheese, vegetable soup, and mayonnaise mix together in that bowl.
  • Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  • Sprinkle pizza with radishes, green, yellow and red bell
  • Pepper, carrot, cauliflower, broccoli, and celery, pressing vegetables into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Cut pizza into squares.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
It needs 45 minutes for the preparation and cooking only need 10 minutes totally you need 55 minutes to prepare Vegetables Pizza.

Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves4 Pieces
Salsa1 Cup
Sour cream (optional)2 Table Spoons
Taco seasoning mix 4 Tea Spoons
Shredded Cheddar cheese1 Cup


Salsa Chicken


Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F (190 Degrees C)
2. Take 9 x 13 inch baking dish and place chicken breasts in it.
3. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts.
4. Pour salsa over all
5. Bake at 375 degrees F ( 190 Degrees C ) for 30 to 35 Minutes.

Skinless, Boneless Chicken breast halves6

Heavy whipping cream1 Cup

Chicken bouillon granules1 Tea Spoon

Chicken Cordon Bleu


Directions:

1. Take chicken breasts and pound it if they are too thick.
2. Take cheese and ham slice on each breast within 1/2 inch of the edges.
3. Now fold the edges of the chicken over the filling.
4. Secure with toothpicks.
5. Take small bowl and mix the flour and paprika in it.
6. Coat the chicken pieces.
7. This time take butter and heat it in a large skillet over medium- high heat.
8. Cook the chicken until browned on all sides.
9. Now add bouillon and wine.
10. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

11. Now remove the toothpicks, and transfer the breasts to a warm platter.
12. Take blender and blend the cornstarch with the cream in a bowl.

Directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (160 degrees C).
  2. Take a small bowl, beat eggs and milk together.
  3. Now take another small bowl and mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley together.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a large, oven-proof skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, and cook until lightly browned.
  5. Remove garlic & discard, reserving for other uses.
  6. Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture, then into the bread crumb mixture, coating evenly. Place coated pork chops in the skillet, and brown abut 5 minutes on each side.
  7. Place the skillet and pork chops in the preheated oven, and cook 25 minutes

For the mushrooms

Stilton Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms and Cranberry Relish

For the cranberry relish

Olive oil2 tbsp
Onion, chopped1
Red wine vinegar4 tbsp
Brown sugar6 tbsp

Directions :
  • For the mushrooms, keep the vegetable oil in a deep and heavy bottomed saucepan
  • Heat until a small cube of bread sizzles and turns golden when dropped into it.
  • Remove the mushroom stalks and discard.
  • Crumble the stilton cheese and Place a spoonful onto each mushroom at the stalk side.
  • Keep the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs into three separate bowls
  • Dip each mushroom into each bowl in turn and  shake off excess.
  • Carefully put the prepared mushrooms into the hot oil and deep fry them for about 3 to 4 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.

  • For the cranberry relish, heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan, place onions, vinegar, sugar and cranberries into the heated pan. Cook for 5  to 6 minutes.
  • To serve, place the salad onto a plate with the mushrooms on top and the relish over it.
