So we will learn today how to prepare Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies. Cream Cheese Sugar Cookies is a soft and chewy sugar cookie and easy to prepare. We need 9 hours to prepare these Cookies. The Ingredients we need to prepare this cookies, below.
Ingredients:
Salt | ½ Teaspoon |
Egg yolk | 1 |
White sugar | 1 Cup |
Extract vanilla | ½ Teaspoon |
Softened butter | 1 Cup |
All-purpose flour | 2 ¼ Cups |
Extract almond | ½ Teaspoon |
Softened cream cheese | 1 (3 ounce) Package |
Directions:
- Take a large bowl and place butter, sugar, cream cheese, almond, egg yolk, vanilla extracts and salt in it.
- Combine them well.
- Now need to stir in flour until it well blended.
- Chill the dough for 8 hours.
- Bring a preheat oven to 375 degrees F or 190 degrees C.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough 1/3 at a time to 1/8 inch thickness, refrigerating remaining dough until ready to use.
- Now we will cut into our desired shapes with lightly floured cookie cutters.
- We need a cookie sheets and place 1 inch apart on ungreased.
