Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic is very easy and impressive dish that anyone can prepare this. We need only 30 minutes to prepare this wonderful dish. I hope everybody will enjoy it.
Ingredients:
Fresh mushrooms, sliced | ¾ Pound |
Bay leaf | 1 |
Olive oil | 2 Tablespoons |
Butter | 1 Tablespoon |
Skinless, boneless chicken breasts | 4 |
Dried thyme | ¼ Teaspoon |
Cloves garlic | 6 |
Chicken broth | ¾ Cup |
All-purpose flour | 2 Tablespoons |
Balsamic vinegar | ¼ Cup |
Salt and pepper | To taste |
Directions:
- First we need to season chicken with pepper and salt.
- Rinse mushrooms and pat dry.
- Season the flour with pepper and salt also.
- Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mixture.
- Now bring a skillet and heat oil in it.
- Sauté the chicken for 5 to 8 minutes.
- Now we have to add the garlic with it.
- Turn the chicken breasts and scatter the mushrooms over them.
- Continue frying and don't forget to shake and stir the mushrooms.
- Cook it until it become brown or I think it will take 4 to 5 minutes.
- After then add some vinegar, bay leaf, thyme and broth.
- Need to cover it tightly and simmer over medium low heat.
- Continue heating for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes over then cover with foil and transfer the chicken to warm serving platter.
- Need do continue simmering the sauce, over medium high heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Swirl in the butter and discard the bay leaf.
- Pour this mushroom sauce mixture over the chicken and then you can serve it.
