Hello Friends!
Today we are going to learn how to prepare Mainely Fish. We know that all love to eat fish so I hope nobody will dislike it. As well its very easy to prepare and take only 50 minutes for preparing. So anybody can prepare this delicious dish for his or her dinner. Okay we need some ingredients like below

Mainely Fish


Ingredients:

Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper1
Chopped fresh parsley8 Tablespoons
Fillets haddock6 (3 ounce)
Extra virgin olive oil6 Tablespoons
Thinly sliced small onion1
Salt and pepperTo taste
Capers5 Tablespoons
Thinly sliced red bell pepper1
Fresh lemon juice6 Tablespoons
Thinly sliced roma (plum) tomatoes4

Directions:
  • We need preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 Degrees C
Preheat Oven

  • Center each piece of fish on an individual piece of aluminum foil.
  • Now add some salt and pepper in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Need to divide onion, sliced tomatoes red peppers and yellow peppers between the 6 pieces of fish.
  • Now place on top of the fillets.
  • Sprinkle evenly with the capers and parsley.
  • Drizzle each fillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Bring a baking sheet and place fold and seal the foil in it.
  • Leave 2 inches between each packet for even cooking.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Leave it for 5 minutes
  • Now serve one packet for each person.
