Mainely Fish

Hello Friends!
Today we are going to learn how to prepare Mainely Fish. We know that all love to eat fish so I hope nobody will dislike it. As well its very easy to prepare and take only 50 minutes for preparing. So anybody can prepare this delicious dish for his or her dinner. Okay we need some ingredients like below

Mainely Fish


Ingredients:

Thinly sliced yellow bell pepper1
Chopped fresh parsley8 Tablespoons
Fillets haddock6 (3 ounce)
Extra virgin olive oil6 Tablespoons
Thinly sliced small onion1
Salt and pepperTo taste
Capers5 Tablespoons
Thinly sliced red bell pepper1
Fresh lemon juice6 Tablespoons
Thinly sliced roma (plum) tomatoes4

Directions:
  • We need preheat oven to 400 degrees F or 200 Degrees C
Preheat Oven

  • Center each piece of fish on an individual piece of aluminum foil.
  • Now add some salt and pepper in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Need to divide onion, sliced tomatoes red peppers and yellow peppers between the 6 pieces of fish.
  • Now place on top of the fillets.
  • Sprinkle evenly with the capers and parsley.
  • Drizzle each fillet with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
  • Bring a baking sheet and place fold and seal the foil in it.
  • Leave 2 inches between each packet for even cooking.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Leave it for 5 minutes
  • Now serve one packet for each person.

Gefilte Fish

Today we will learn how to prepare Gefilte Fish. We need totally 2 hours and 35 munities to prepare this delicious dish. My mother teaches me how to prepare this recipe. My mother like this dish very much. And when I test it I also like its test. Hope you all will enjoy Gefilte Fish. To prepare this recipe we need some ingredients. Below I show which ingredients you need to prepare Gefilte Fish.

Gefilte Fish


Ingredients:

Large onions2 ½

Carrots6
Ground white pepper4 Teaspoons
Paprika½ Teaspoon
Salmon fillets1 ½ Pounds
Matzo meal¾ Cup
White sugar¼ Cup
Red snapper fillets1 ½ Pounds
White sugar1 ½ Tablespoons
Black cod fillets1 Pound
Salt4 Teaspoons
Ground black pepper½ Teaspoon
Ling cod fillets1 Pound
Ice water¾ Cup
Eggs5

Directions:
  • Mix the fish, 4 carrots and 2 1/2 onions together.
  • Bring a wooden bowl.

  • Place fish mixture in that bowl.
  • Add eggs on it.
  • Also add 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar, white pepper and slat.
  • Now continue to chop until it well blended.
  • Now take a medium bowl and place ice water in it.

  • Stir that mixture in ice water.
  • Add matzo meal then chop again.
  • You have to check mixture if its thick enough to bind together to make an oval gefilte fish ball if not then we have to add more matzo meal.

  • In this time Take large two pot and place water in it.
  • Into each pot slice one raw onion and one sliced carrot.
  • You can add fish skins if you like it, otherwise leave.
  • Sprinkle in salt, paprika, 2 tablespoons sugar and black pepper.
  • This time we need a boil that have medium heat.
  • Place those ingredients and boil it for 10 minutes.
  • With wet hands shape the fish balls.
  • Drop fish balls in to boiling stock carefully.
  • Now cover the boil slightly and cook over medium heat.
  • It may take 2 hours to complete this step.
  • After 2 hours let fish sit in the pot for 10 minutes.
  • Now remove pieces carefully to containers.
  • Strain remaining stock over fish balls.
  • Add some chill and serve.

Gefilte Fish is ready. You  can keep this dish about 6 days in refrerajetor.

Tandoori Fish

Tandoori Fish is an Indian recipe. When I went to India I ate this dish. Indian people love this dish very much. We can make Tandoori Fish with cat fish or tilapia. You can add rice or bread with it. We need 4 hours and 27 minutes to prepare this recipe.

Tandoori Fish


Ingredients:

Salt½ Teaspoon
Ground cumin1 Tablespoon
Cloves, garlic4
Thick catfish fillets (cut into large chunks)2 Pounds
Chopped fresh ginger1 Tablespoon
Ground coriander1 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil½ Cup
Vinegar1/3 Cup
Cayenne pepper1 Tablespoon


Directions:
  • Bring a blender.
  • Place garlic, vinegar, ginger, cayenne, salt, coriander, oil and cumin in this.
  • And start blending and stop when you can see it makes a thick paste.

  • Now take a brush from your kitchen.
  • Brush the fish chunks with that mixture.

  • After that take a shallow dish and place in it.
  • Pour the remaining marinade over the fish.
  • Allow to marinate in refrigerator minimum 4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven's broiler.
  • Bring a broiler safe dish and place marinated fish in it.

  • Broil the fish under the preheated broiler on the oven center rack for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Place those fish in a bowl and brush with reserved marinade.
  • Now start cooking until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Dish ready serve it hot.

Fish on a plank is a very delicious and easy recipes. You can prepare this recipe easily when try to serve some different type of test to your friends and family. Fish on a plank is such easy recipes that anyone can prepare it if he or she looks at once on directions.  It needs only 15 minutes for preparation and 20 minutes for cooking. But totally you need 2 hours and 35 minutes.

Ingredients:

Red bell pepper, seeded and chopped½
Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
Chopped fresh cilantro1 Tablespoon
Bottled teriyaki sauce1 Cup
Red pepper flakes1 Teaspoon
Salt and pepperTo taste
Cedar plank1
Green onions, chopped4
Fresh lime juice1 Teaspoon
Chipotle seasoning1 Teaspoon
Mahi mahi fillets6 (5 ounce)
Hot-pepper sauce1 Teaspoon
Jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped1
Garlic powder½ Teaspoon
Olive oil2 Teaspoons
Mangoes - peeled, seeded and diced2

Easy Recipes Fish on a Plank


Directions:
  • First you need to bring a medium bowl.
  • Now place jalapeno pepper, bell pepper, mangoes, cilantro and green onion in that bowl.
  • And combine all those ingredients well.
  • Season with peeper, lime juice, salt and garlic powder.
  • Now you have to stir together
  • And then cover and refrigerate until serving to blend the flavors.
  • Take a big water pot or bowl.
  • Soak the plank in want for 3 hours or more if possible.
  • Bring shallow dish and place mahi mahi fillets in it.
  • Now coat with teriyaki sauce.
  • In this time you need to prepare a grill for indirect heat.
  • You can use charcoal but you have to arrange and light coals less than one half of that grill.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice over the fish fillets and season with chipolata seasoning, hot pepper sauce and red pepper flakes.
  • Now Place the fillets on the plank.
  • Place the plank on the grill over direct heat and then cover and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • It will be better if you move the plank with the fish over to indirect heat cover and cook until fish can be flaked with fork.
  • Use mango salsa and serve it hot.

I tried this Crispy Fish Home Recipes with varieties white fish. I also tried with several varieties of white fish and always it was delicious. You can also use allergies to wheat if you don't like to use flour. I share this Crispy Fish Home Recipes to my family and them also very happy to test it. Ingredients:

Ground black pepper1 Tablespoon
Fillets cod4 (6 ounce)
Dry potato flakes2 Cups
Butter flavored shortening, for frying2 Cups
Garlic powder1 Tablespoon
Cayenne pepper, or to taste2 Teaspoons
All-purpose flour1 Cup
Seasoning salt1 Tablespoon


Crispy Fish Home Recipe

Directions:
  • Bring a medium bowl.
  • Place garlic powder, potato flakes, cayenne pepper, flour, seasoning salt and black pepper.
  • Soak fish filets in bowl of cold water.
  • In a deep skillet or deep fryer, melt and heat the shortening to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
  • Dredge fish filets in dry mixture and fry in the hot oil for 5 minutes or until fish flakes apart easily.
  • Remove from oil.
  • Then place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

Blackened Fish

People who love to eat fish, I think they all love to eat Blackened Fish too, because it’s so much delicious and it has good food value. On the other hand who love to prepare recipe they also love to prepare Blackened Fish because it’s so easy to cook. To prepare Blackened Fish you need only 30 minutes. 20 minutes need for preparation and 10 minutes only for cooking.

Ingredients:

White pepper1 Teaspoon
Cayenne pepper1 Teaspoon
Salt1 Teaspoon
Paprika1 Tablespoon
Black pepper1 Teaspoon
Unsalted butter, melted¾ Cup
Unsalted butter, melted¼ Cup
Dry mustard2 Teaspoons
Dried thyme1 Teaspoon
Fillets trout6 (4 ounce)
Ground cumin1 Teaspoon

Blackened Fish


Directions:
  • Take a small bowl.
  • Place dry mustard, black pepper, salt, white pepper, cayenne pepper, paprika, thyme and cumin in that bowl.
  • And then mix all together.
  • Heat a heavy cast iron pan on high heat until extremely hot or about 10 minutes.
  • Pour 3/4 cup melted butter into a shallow dish.
  • Dip each fillet into butter, turning once to coat both sides.
  • Sprinkle both sides of fillets with spice mixture, and gently pat mixture onto fish.
  • Place fillets into hot pan without crowding.
  • Carefully pour about 1 teaspoon melted butter over each fillet.
  • Cook until fish has a charred appearance, about 2 minutes.
  • Turn fillets, spoon 1 teaspoon melted butter over each and cook until charred.
  • Repeat with remaining fish.
You can add some rice with Blackened Fish. It will be more delicious if you add rice.

Fish Chowder

Someday ago I went a fish festival. There I saw Fish Chowder. It was very delicious. After that I prepare this Fish Chowder in my home and serve it to my family. They also enjoy this dish. So I decide to share with you this super testy dish. So we will learn today how to prepare Fish Chowder.

Ingredients:

Old Bay Seasoning TM, or to taste1/8 Teaspoon
Stalk celery, chopped1
Diced potatoes4 Cups
Ground black pepperTo taste
Butter2 Tablespoons
All-purpose flour½ Cup
SaltTo taste
Chopped onion2 Cups
Clam juice1 Cup
Evaporated milk2 (12 fluid ounce) Cans
Fresh mushrooms, sliced4
Cod, diced into 1/2 inch cubes2 Pounds
Chicken stock4 Cups


Fish Chowder

Directions:
  • Take a large stockpot.
  • Place 2 table spoons butter on it.
  • Give over medium heat.
  • Butter will be melt.
  • Saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter until tender.
  • Add chicken stock and potatoes.
  • Now simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add fish, and simmer another 10 minutes.
  • Season to taste with Old Bay seasoning, pepper and salt.
  • Mix together clam juice and flour until smooth and stir into soup.
  • Remove from heat and stir in evaporated milk.
Fish Chowder


Fish Chowder is ready. Serve it to your guest. You need only 30 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes for cooking. So you need totally 1 hour or 60 minutes for cooking. Now we will know the food value of Fish Chowder.

Fish Tacos

I love to eat fish. For protein you must need to eat fish. We all know that there has many kind of fish recipe. Most of them are very testy. Today we are going to learn such as testy fish recipe named Fish Tacos. It needs 40 minutes for preparation and another 20 minutes for cooking.  Totally we need 60 minutes or 1 hour to prepare this delicious Fish Tacos. Ingredients need for this Recipe…..

Ingredients:

Plain yogurt½ Cup
Minced capers1 Teaspoon
Beer1 Cup
Dried dill weed½ Teaspoon
Egg1
Ground cayenne pepper1 Teaspoon
Cod fillets, cut into 2 to 3 ounce portions1 Pound
All-purpose flour1 Cup
Medium head cabbage, finely shredded½
Salt½ Teaspoon
Package corn tortillas1 (12 ounce)
Oil for frying1 Quart
Baking powder1 Teaspoon
Jalapeno pepper, minced1
Dried oregano½ Teaspoon
Cornstarch2 Tablespoons
Lime, juiced1
Ground cumin½ Teaspoon
Mayonnaise½ Cup


Fish Tacos


Directions:
  • First we have to make beer batter.
  • For making a beer batter takes a large bowl.
  • Combine flour baking powder, salt and cornstarch.
  • Blend beer and egg, and then quickly stir into the flour mixture.
  • Now we have to make white sauce.
  • Bring a medium bowl and then mayonnaise and yogurt place in that bowl and mix together.
  • Gradually stir in fresh lime juice until consistency is slightly runny.
  • Season with cayenne, dill, oregano, cumin, capers and jalapeno.
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degree F or 190 degree C.
  • Dust fish pieces lightly with flour.
  • Dip into beer batter and fry until crisp and also golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Now lightly fry tortillas.
It’s done. To serve Fish Tacos place fried fish in a tortilla and top with shredded cabbage and white sauce.
