Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients:

Skinless, Boneless Chicken breast halves6
Slices Swiss cheese6
Heavy whipping cream1 Cup
Slices ham6
All-purpose flour3 Table Spoons
Butter6 Table Spoons
Paprika1 Tea Spoon
Cornstarch1 Table Spoon
Chicken bouillon granules1 Tea Spoon
Dry white wine½ Cup

Chicken Cordon Bleu


Directions:

1. Take chicken breasts and pound it if they are too thick.
2. Take cheese and ham slice on each breast within 1/2 inch of the edges.
3. Now fold the edges of the chicken over the filling.
4. Secure with toothpicks.
5. Take small bowl and mix the flour and paprika in it.
6. Coat the chicken pieces.
7. This time take butter and heat it in a large skillet over medium- high heat.
8. Cook the chicken until browned on all sides.
9. Now add bouillon and wine.
10. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 to 35 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

11. Now remove the toothpicks, and transfer the breasts to a warm platter.
12. Take blender and blend the cornstarch with the cream in a bowl.
13. Whisk slowly into the skillet.
14. Cook, stirring until thickened and pour over the chicken.

WoW!!! it’s almost done. You have successfully able to prepare Chicken Cordon Bleu. Serve Warm.
