1. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees F (190 Degrees C)
2. Take 9 x 13 inch baking dish and place chicken breasts in it.
3. Sprinkle taco seasoning on both sides of chicken breasts.
4. Pour salsa over all
5. Bake at 375 degrees F ( 190 Degrees C ) for 30 to 35 Minutes.
6. Keep heating until chicken is tender and juicy and its juices run clear.
7. Sprinkle chicken evenly with cheese.
8. Continue baking for an additional 5 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Top with sour cream if you desired.
