Beef Samosas

Beeef Samosas is a great recipe that can you make easily. Its a fast food. Beef Samosas is very much delicious food. I also prepare this food for my family too. So today we can learn beef samosas. So lets a try :P

 Ingredients:
 
Cloves garlic, crushed 4
Salt 1 ½ Tea Spoons
Ground cardamom ½ Tea Spoons
Chopped fresh cilantro 2 Table Spoons
Ground turmeric 1 Tea Spoons
Ground cumin 1 Tea Spoons
Cumin seeds ½ Tea Spoons
Ground beef 1 Pound
Ground black pepper ½ Tea Spoons
Ground cinnamon ½ Tea Spoons
Phyllo dough 1 (16 ounce) package
Oil for deep frying 1 Quart
Chopped green Chile peppers 2 Table Spoons
Frozen peas, thawed 1 Cup
Chili powder 1 Tea Spoons
Large potatoes, peeled 2
Large onions, finely chopped 2
Vegetable oil 2 Table Spoons
Ground coriander 1 Tea Spoons
Minced fresh ginger root 1 Table Spoon
Bay leaf, crushed 1


Beef Samosas

Directions:

1. Take a medium saucepan of lightly salted water to boil.
2. Satire in potatoes and peas.
3. Cook until potatoes are tender but still firm.
4. Drain, mash together and set aside.
 5. Now take a large saucepan
6. Place oil in it and heat it over medium heat.
 7. Brown cumin seeds and bay leaf.
8. Mix in onions and ground beef.
9. Now keep cooking until beef become brown.
10. Mix in garlic, fresh ginger root.
11. Season with black pepper, cumin, salt, turmeric, cinnamon, chili powder and cardamom.
12. Stir in the mashed potato mixture.
13. Now stop heating and chill in the refrigerator for 1/1.30 hours.
14. Now take a large and heavy saucepan and place onion in it.
15. Give over high heat.
16. Mix cilantro and green Chile peppers into the potato and beef mixture.
 17. Place approximately 1 table spoon of the mixture on to each phyllo sheet.
18. Fold sheets into triangles, pressing edges together with moistened fingers.
19. In a small batches fry until golden brown about 3 to 5 minutes. 20. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
