Beef Martini

Some days ago I went to a tour from my university to Chittagong. There we test a new dish named Beef Martini. Before that I never test this delicious food. After testing it I was very glad so I feel interest how to make it myself. You all know that I have hobby to make new recipes myself and become happy if anybody test it and become glad to test it again. I meet with the cook of that restaurant and told him that I am quite impressed to test his Beef Martini. Then I told him how you make it so much delicious? Then he shows me the full process. I am describing you all the process bellow. I think you will be glad to test it also.

Ingredients:

Barbecue sauce1 Cup
Dried basil1 Teaspoon
Gin¼ Cup
Beef sirloin steaks4 (1/2 pound)
Onion, chopped½
Dry vermouth1 Tablespoon
Garlic, crushed2 Cloves
Green olive brine1 Tablespoon
Salt and pepperTo taste

Beef Martini


Directions: 

1. Take a Medium Bowl
2. Combine Garlic, Barbecue sauce, Onion, Gin, Olive brine, Vermouth and Basil.
3. In a resalable sandwich bags place sprinkle each steak with salt and pepper.
4. Divide marinade between each bag and seal.
5. Make sure that marinade is evenly distributed around steaks.
6. Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.
7. Preheat grill for medium high heat and lightly oil grate.
8. Remove all steaks from bags and then discard marinade.
9. Grill steaks for 6 to 7 minutes per side.
