Wow your Barbecued Beef is ready to serve. But before service we need to know the food value of this dish. I ask Question to Dr. Kenneth S. Cheng “Is Barbecued Beef good for health”? In my question Dr. Kenneth S. Cheng Answered “Lean beef is not bad for one's health, as long as it is consumed in moderation. Your leaner cuts of beef include the filet mignon and New York steaks. The fattier and less healthy cuts include your prime rib and rib eye cuts. Stick with the healthier, leaner cuts and enjoy in moderation.” Also this food has well food value. Check below
