Tandoori Fish

Tandoori Fish is an Indian recipe. When I went to India I ate this dish. Indian people love this dish very much. We can make Tandoori Fish with cat fish or tilapia. You can add rice or bread with it. We need 4 hours and 27 minutes to prepare this recipe.

Tandoori Fish


Ingredients:

Salt½ Teaspoon
Ground cumin1 Tablespoon
Cloves, garlic4
Thick catfish fillets (cut into large chunks)2 Pounds
Chopped fresh ginger1 Tablespoon
Ground coriander1 Tablespoon
Vegetable oil½ Cup
Vinegar1/3 Cup
Cayenne pepper1 Tablespoon


Directions:
  • Bring a blender.
  • Place garlic, vinegar, ginger, cayenne, salt, coriander, oil and cumin in this.
  • And start blending and stop when you can see it makes a thick paste.

  • Now take a brush from your kitchen.
  • Brush the fish chunks with that mixture.

  • After that take a shallow dish and place in it.
  • Pour the remaining marinade over the fish.
  • Allow to marinate in refrigerator minimum 4 hours.
  • Preheat the oven's broiler.
  • Bring a broiler safe dish and place marinated fish in it.

  • Broil the fish under the preheated broiler on the oven center rack for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Place those fish in a bowl and brush with reserved marinade.
  • Now start cooking until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Dish ready serve it hot.
