I love to eat fish. For protein you must need to eat fish. We all know that there has many kind of fish recipe. Most of them are very testy. Today we are going to learn such as testy fish recipe named Fish Tacos. It needs 40 minutes for preparation and another 20 minutes for cooking.  Totally we need 60 minutes or 1 hour to prepare this delicious Fish Tacos. Ingredients need for this Recipe…..

Ingredients:

Plain yogurt½ Cup
Minced capers1 Teaspoon
Beer1 Cup
Dried dill weed½ Teaspoon
Egg1
Ground cayenne pepper1 Teaspoon
Cod fillets, cut into 2 to 3 ounce portions1 Pound
All-purpose flour1 Cup
Medium head cabbage, finely shredded½
Salt½ Teaspoon
Package corn tortillas1 (12 ounce)
Oil for frying1 Quart
Baking powder1 Teaspoon
Jalapeno pepper, minced1
Dried oregano½ Teaspoon
Cornstarch2 Tablespoons
Lime, juiced1
Ground cumin½ Teaspoon
Mayonnaise½ Cup


Fish Tacos


Directions:
  • First we have to make beer batter.
  • For making a beer batter takes a large bowl.
  • Combine flour baking powder, salt and cornstarch.
  • Blend beer and egg, and then quickly stir into the flour mixture.
  • Now we have to make white sauce.
  • Bring a medium bowl and then mayonnaise and yogurt place in that bowl and mix together.
  • Gradually stir in fresh lime juice until consistency is slightly runny.
  • Season with cayenne, dill, oregano, cumin, capers and jalapeno.
  • Heat oil in a deep fryer to 375 degree F or 190 degree C.
  • Dust fish pieces lightly with flour.
  • Dip into beer batter and fry until crisp and also golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Now lightly fry tortillas.
It’s done. To serve Fish Tacos place fried fish in a tortilla and top with shredded cabbage and white sauce.
