Directions:
- First you need to bring a medium bowl.
- Now place jalapeno pepper, bell pepper, mangoes, cilantro and green onion in that bowl.
- And combine all those ingredients well.
- Season with peeper, lime juice, salt and garlic powder.
- Now you have to stir together
- And then cover and refrigerate until serving to blend the flavors.
- Take a big water pot or bowl.
- Soak the plank in want for 3 hours or more if possible.
- Bring shallow dish and place mahi mahi fillets in it.
- Now coat with teriyaki sauce.
- In this time you need to prepare a grill for indirect heat.
- You can use charcoal but you have to arrange and light coals less than one half of that grill.
- Sprinkle lemon juice over the fish fillets and season with chipolata seasoning, hot pepper sauce and red pepper flakes.

- Place the plank on the grill over direct heat and then cover and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes.
- It will be better if you move the plank with the fish over to indirect heat cover and cook until fish can be flaked with fork.
- Use mango salsa and serve it hot.
