Potato Wedges

Ingredients :


Potatoes             
4
For sauce

Tomato sauce    
4 spoons
Chilly sauce          
4 spoons
Soy sauce           
1 spoon


Potato Wedges


Directions :

1.       Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
2.       Keep the skin and Cut the potatoes into wedges.
3.       Deep fry them in oil until golden brown.

4.       Add salt and chilli flakes to the wedges.
5.       Combine all ingredients to make sauce.
6.       Serve the wedges with the sauce.
