Ingredients :


Potatoes large   
3
For sauce

Tomato sauce    
4 spoons
Chilly sauce          
4 spoons
Soy sauce           
1 spoon

Directions :
 
  • In a pressure cooker, add potatoes and cook them for 5 minutes. Note: they should not turn mushy.
  • Remove the half boiled potatoes and peel them. Wash the potatoes.
  • Cut each potato into medium sized long strips and keep them in cold water.

  •  Heat oil in a deep skillet and deep fry the potatoes until they turn golden brown. Remove them and place them on a tissue paper and add salt.
  • Prepare sauce by combining all ingredients.
  • Serve the French fries with sauce.
