Tomato and Onion Roti

Ingredients :


Wheat flour             
2 cups
Onion ( big )

Tomato    
3
Chilli powder                 
1 tsp
Cumin powder          
1 tsp
Coriander leaves      
Few
Salt  
As needed
Oil   
As needed

Tomato and Onion Roti
Directions : 

1. Cut onion, tomato finely.
2. Mix wheat flour with salt, a tsp of oil, water in a bowl and knead to a dough.
3. Mix onion, tomato, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander leaves, salt in another bowl.

4. Heat a skillet.
5. Take small portions of dough, roll into chapathis.
6. Place  tomato onion mix in between two chapathis, seal the edges and cook on both sides, adding oil .
