Ingredients :
Cooked rice | 2 cups |
Chinese five spice powder | 1 teaspoon |
Oil | 2 tablespoons |
Garlic | 3 |
Spring onion greens | 2 |
Button mushrooms | 1/3 cup |
Red chilli flakes | 1 teaspoon |
Salt | to taste |
Directions :
1.
Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add garlic and spring onion bulbs and
sauté till golden brown. Add button mushrooms and sauté till they are
tender.
3. Add the rice and dark soy sauce and toss to mix.
4. Add the spring onion greens and mix and sauté for a minute.
5. Serve hot.
