Vegetable Melange

Ingredients:

Lemon juice½ Teaspoon
Quartered  fresh mushrooms¼ Pound
SMUCKER'S®¼ Cup
Water1 Cup
Plain yogurt¼ Cup
Chicken bouillon1 Cube
Salt1/8 Teaspoon
Fresh broccoli spears8 Ounces
Curry powder¼ Teaspoon
Cauliflowers8 Ounces

Vegetable Melange


Directions:
  • Take a large saucepan.

  • Place bouillon cube and water in it.
  • Heat it until cubes dissolves.
  • Now add mushrooms, cauliflowers and broccoli.

  • Start cooking and don't stop until broccoli is tender crisp
  • I think it will take 5 to 10 mutinies.
  • Bring another small saucepan.

  • Place remaining ingredients in it.
  • Mix it well.
  • Cook and stir until sauce is heated.
  • Pour over vegetables.
