Ingredients:
Lemon juice | ½ Teaspoon |
Quartered fresh mushrooms | ¼ Pound |
SMUCKER'S® | ¼ Cup |
Water | 1 Cup |
Plain yogurt | ¼ Cup |
Chicken bouillon | 1 Cube |
Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon |
Fresh broccoli spears | 8 Ounces |
Curry powder | ¼ Teaspoon |
Cauliflowers | 8 Ounces |
Directions:
- Take a large saucepan.
- Place bouillon cube and water in it.
- Heat it until cubes dissolves.
- Now add mushrooms, cauliflowers and broccoli.
- Start cooking and don't stop until broccoli is tender crisp
- I think it will take 5 to 10 mutinies.
- Bring another small saucepan.
- Place remaining ingredients in it.
- Mix it well.
- Cook and stir until sauce is heated.
- Pour over vegetables.
