Ingredients:
Salt | 1 Pinch |
Salt | 1 tablespoon |
Ground black pepper | 1/4 tablespoon |
Whole chicken | 1 (3 pound) |
Paprika | 1 tablespoon |
Melted butter | 1/4 cup |
Directions:
- With a pinch of salt, season the inside of chickens.
- Bring a rotisserie and place chicken on to it.
- Now set the grill on high.
- Cook until it becomes brown or for 8 to 10 minutes.
- In this time when it’s cooking on rotisserie you can quickly mix 1 tablespoon salt, butter pepper and paprika together.
- Now turn the grill down to medium.
- And then baste the chicken with the butter mixture.
- Close the lid and cook for one and half hours.
- Keep eyes on your temperature of heat.
- Make sure it’s 180 degrees F or 83 degrees C.
- Remove from the rotisserie and let stand for 15 to 20 minutes before serving.
