Wheat Momos

Ingredients :

Wheat flour1 cup
Carrot1
Cabbagea small piece
Onion1
Green chilli3
Saltas needed

Wheat Momos

Directions :
  • Mix wheat flour, with salt, water in a bowl and knead to a dough.
  • Cut carrot, onion, cabbage, green chilli, finely.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
  • Add onion, green chilli, fry for a few minutes.
  • Add carrot, cabbage, salt and fry.

Wheat Momos
  • When carrot is cooked, switch off the stove.
  • Take small portions of the dough and shape into a cup.
  • Place a spoon of vegetable and cover.
  • Repeat the process.
  • Steam the momos and serve hot.
