Wheat flour | 1 cup |
Carrot | 1 |
Cabbage | a small piece |
Onion | 1 |
Green chilli | 3 |
Salt | as needed |
Directions :
- Mix wheat flour, with salt, water in a bowl and knead to a dough.
- Cut carrot, onion, cabbage, green chilli, finely.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan.
- Add onion, green chilli, fry for a few minutes.
- Add carrot, cabbage, salt and fry.
- When carrot is cooked, switch off the stove.
- Take small portions of the dough and shape into a cup.
- Place a spoon of vegetable and cover.
- Repeat the process.
- Steam the momos and serve hot.
