Wheat Custard

Ingredients :

Wheat1/4 kilo
Sugar1/4 kilo
Milk1/2litre
Mango ( ripe )1
Mango essencea few drops
Yellow food colora pinch

Wheat Custard


Directions :
1. Soak wheat in water overnight.
2. The next day, grind and extract milk.
3. Peel skin of mango and cut into pieces.
4. Boil milk with sugar in a thick bottomed pan.
5. When milk starts boiling, add wheat milk and stir.
6. When contents start thickening, add mango, mango essence, yellow food colour, mix well and remove pan from stove.
7. When cool, store in the fridge and serve chilled.
