Vegetable Rice

Ingredients :


Rice                        
1 cup soaked
French beans

Carrots

Button mushrooms

Baby corns

Brinjal                       
1 deep fried
Garlic                                   
1
Oil                                     
2 spoons
Soy sauce                         
1 spoon
Salt                                          
To taste
Five spice powder                 
1 spoon
Spring onion

Vegetable Rice


Directions :

1.      Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan.
2.      Add the garlic and sauté for two minutes.
3.      Add the beans and carrots, mix well and sauté for three to four minutes.
4.       Add the mushrooms and baby corns, mix well and cook till dry.

5.      Add the brinjals and cook till all the vegetables are done.
6.      Add the boiled rice, five-spice powder, soy sauce and salt and mix well.
7.      Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
