Rice with Beans and Dill

Ingredients :


Kidney beans                
1/2 cup boiled
Dill leaves                
1/2 cup
Cooked basmati rice           
3 cups
Olive oil                        
1 spoon
Garlic                         
10
Red chilli flakes          
1 spoon
Dried mixed herbs             
1 spoon
Salt                                
To taste

Rice with Beans and Dill


Directions :

1.       Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add garlic, red chilli flakes and dried herbs and sauté for a few seconds.
2.       Add the dill leaves, kidney beans and salt.

3.       Mix well and sauté for three to four minutes.
4.       Add the rice. Toss to mix and let the rice get heated through.
5.       Serve hot.
