Ingredients :
Rice

Soaked 2 cups

Black gram split

Directions :
1. Drain
and grind urad till fine and fluffy. Transfer into a bowl. Drain and
grind rice till smooth. And transfer it into the same bowl and mix the
two batters well.
2. Set aside in a warm place to ferment overnight.
3. Add
salt and whisk well. Heat a non stick dosa tawa and spread small
amounts of batter into small uttapams keeping a little distance between
each.
4. Slice onion and sprinkle a little on each uttapam. Slice green capsicum and sprinkle a little on each uttapam.
5. Slice tomato and sprinkle a little on each uttapam. Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on each.
6. Drizzle a little oil around each, covers and cooks on medium heat till they get cooked and the cheese melts.
Serve hot.
