Ingredients :
Spinach | 4 cups |
Potatoes | 2 cups |
Cumin seeds | 1 spoon |
Garlic chopped | 1 spoon |
Ginger chopped | 1 spoon |
Dry Red chillies | 2 |
Green chillies

Coriander powder

2 spoons |
Turmeric powder

1 spoon |
Asafetida
|
¼ spoon |
Oil

3 spoons |
Salt

Directions :
1. Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
2. When they crackle, add the garlic, ginger, salt and red chillies.
4. Add in the spinach, coriander powder, turmeric powder and asafoetida. Cook covered for 5 to 7 minutes on a slow flame.
5. Serve hot.
