Potato and Spinach Curry

Ingredients :


Spinach                 4 cups
Potatoes                2 cups
Cumin seeds             1 spoon
Garlic chopped   1 spoon
Ginger chopped    1 spoon
Dry Red chillies                    2
Green chillies             
1 spoon
Coriander powder   
2 spoons
Turmeric powder        
1 spoon
Asafetida               
¼ spoon
Oil                          
3 spoons
Salt                    
Taste


Potato and Spinach Curry


Directions :

1.     Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds.
2.     When they crackle, add the garlic, ginger, salt and red chillies.
3.     Add in the potatoes and stir-fry for about 5 minutes.

4.     Add in the spinach, coriander powder, turmeric powder and asafoetida. Cook covered for 5 to 7 minutes on a slow flame.
5.     Serve hot.
