Today we learn how to prepare Buffalo Chicken Wings in Restaurant Style. I personally love this recipe. it’s so much delicious. So let go ... :)
1. First we need a small bowl. Now mix the flour, cayenne pepper, salt and paprika together.
2. Place chicken wings in a large nonporous glass dish or take bowl and sprinkle flour mixture over them until they are evenly coated.
3. Cover dish or bowl and refrigerate for 70 to 95 minutes.
4. Now take oil and heat it in a deep fryer to 375 degrees F (190 Degrees C).
5. The oil should be just enough to cover wings entirely, an inch or so deep.
6. Combine the butter, pepper, garlic powder and hot sauce in a small saucepan and give low heat.
7. Stir together and heat until butter is melted and mixture is well blended
8. Now remove from heat and reserve for serving.
9. We have to fry coated wings in hot oil for 15 to 20 minutes.
10. Keep eyes part of wings begin to turn brown then stop heating.
11. Place the wings in serving bowl.
12. Add hot sauce mixture and stir together.
