Directions :
1. In a pan melt butter and add onions, carrots and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Add flour and cook for 1 min.
3. Add potatoes, milk, and cubes. Cook for 15 minutes.
5. In
a small saucepan, add 2 cups of water and salt and boil them. Add
shrimp and stir well and cook for 2 mins. When cooled peel them and chop
into pieces. Add shrimp to potatoes and stir.
6. Serve soup with bacon and dill leaves.
