Potato Gnocchi

Ingredients : 


Potatoes   
2
Egg yolks              
1
Flour  
1 cup
Sauce      
Any sauce you desired
Salt      
A pinch
Pepper    
1 spoon


Potato Gnocchi


 Directions :
1. Bake potatoes until they are very soft.
2. Remove skin and mash the potatoes completely.
3. Add flour, egg yolks, salt and knead into dough. Do not over mix.
4. Now make small balls and press them against a fork or gnocchi maker.

5. Keep the gnocchi aside and rest for 1 hour.
6. Boil water in a large bowl and add salt.
7. After the water boiled, add gnocchi and remove them when they start floating.
8. Pour sauce over gnocchi and serve immediately.
