Scalloped Potato Gratin

Ingredients :


Heavy cream                         
2 Cups
Thyme                                  
1 Spoon
Garlic cloves                      
2
Nutmeg                            
½ Spoon
Butter                                    
As much you want
Potatoes                      
1 Kg
Black pepper                   
2 Spoons
Grated Parmesan         
½ Cup


Scalloped Potato Gratin


Directions :

1.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
2.  In a pan, heat cream with thyme, garlic and nutmeg.

3.  Butter a casserole dish. Place slices of potato in a overlapping pattern and season with salt and pepper.
4.  Pour cream and parmesan on top. Make 2 more layers and bake for 45 minutes.
5.  Remove and serve.
