| Sweet potatoes | roasted and mashed |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 cup |
| Vanilla | 1tb |
| Egg | 1 |
| Prepared eggnog | 1/2 cup |
| Butter | 1tb |
Directions :
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
- Butter one 9×13 casserole dish
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, vanilla extract, egg, eggnog, and butter. Blend well, and spread evenly in casserole dish.
- If opted, top with chopped pecans
- Bake for 30 minutes in the preheated oven
