Ingredients:

Unbaked pie crusts2 (9 Inch)
Frozen green peas1 Cup
Salt1/2 Teaspoon
All-purpose flour1/3 Cup
Sliced carrots1 Cup
Butter1/3 Cup
Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves1 Pound
Sliced celery1/2 Cup
Milk2/3 Cup
Celery seed1/4 Teaspoon
Chopped onion1/3 Cup
Chicken broth1 3/4 Cups
Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 524 F (220 Degrees C.)
2. Take a saucepan and combine chicken with carrots, celery and peas.
3. Now add water to the cover and boil it for 15 minutes.
4. Remove it from heat then drain and set aside.
5. In saucepan over medium heat.
6. Now cook onions with butter until it become soft and translucent.
7. Then stir in flour, pepper, celery seed and also salt.
8. Slowly stir in chicken broth and milk.
9. Simmer over medium low heat until thick and after that remove it from heat and set aside.
10. Take a pie crust and place the chicken mixture in the bottom.
11. Now Pour hot liquid mixture over.

12. Cover with top crust and cut away excess dough.
13. Make several small slits in the top to allow steam to escape.
14. Now take it to the oven and give heat for 30 to 40 minutes.
15. You can see it will turn into golden or brown color then stop heating.
16. Now cool it for 10 minutes
