Most probably they don’t know how to make this delicious recipe at home. Okay but today we will learn how we can prepare this Roast Sticky Chicken in Rotisserie Style easily at home. Let’s start…..
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Take a small bowl and place paprika, onion powder, salt, white pepper, thyme, black pepper, cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
2. Remove and discard giblets from chicken.
3. Rinse chicken cavity.
4. And pat dry with paper towel.
5. Rub each chicken inside and out with spice mixture.
6. Place 1 onion into the cavity of each chicken.
7. Place chickens in a reseal able bag or double wrap with plastic wrap.
8. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5/6 hours.
9. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F or 120 degree C.
10. Now take a roasting pan.
11. Place chickens in that roasting pan.
12. Bake uncovered for 5 hours to a minimum internal temperature of 175 degrees F or 80 degrees C. 13. Let the chickens stand for 10 minutes before carving.
