Dal Dhokli

Ingredients : 


Split pigeon pea                
1 cup
Whole wheat flour            
2 cups
Gram flour                 
1/2 cup
Salt                            
to taste
Turmeric powder        
1/2 teaspoon
Asafetida            
2 pinches
Red chilli powder            
1 1/2 tablespoons
Ginger-green chilli  
2 tablespoons
Coriander leaves       
2 tablespoons
Oil                            
2 tablespoons
Ghee  
2 tablespoons
Mustard seeds           
1 teaspoon
Fenugreek seeds        
1/2 teaspoon
 Curry leaves          
10
Dried red chillies       
2
Peanuts                            
P2 spoons
Jaggery           
1 teaspoon
Onion                         
3 tablespoons
Lemon                          
 ½


Dal Dhokli


Directions :

1.        Boil dal with 2 cups water, salt and ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder.
2.         Remove from heat and set aside. Combine wheat flour, gram flour, salt, remaining turmeric powder, a pinch asafoetida, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, 1 teaspoon ginger-green chilli paste, 1 tsp chopped coriander and 2 tablespoons oil in a bowl.
3.        Mix well and knead into a stiff dough using sufficient water.

4.        Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a non-stick pan. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, dried red chillies, remaining asafetida and sauté till the seeds splutter.
5.        Add cooked dal, stir to mix, cover and cook till it boils.
6.        Divide dough into equal portions. Grease worktop with little oil and roll out portions into thin large rotis. Apply little oil on top and set aside. Similarly make other rotis.

Green Smoothie

Ingredients :


Vanilla Coconut Milk           
2 cups 
Vanilla protein powder        2 scoops
Honeydew melon              
1 cup 
Frozen mango               1 cup
Frozen banana            
½ cup
Fresh spinach               
2 cups
Chia seeds                   
2 teaspoons 


Green Smoothie
Directions :

1.      Pour coconut milk into a blender
2.       Add protein powder and chia seeds and blend.
3.      Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to gel.

4.       Add fruit and blend.
5.      Serve it

Apple Cider Drink

Brown sugar            
1/4 cup
Allspice                   
1/2 teaspoon

1/4 teaspoon
Nutmeg

Apple cider            
2 quarts
Cinnamon stick

Cloves                         
1 teaspoon


Apple Cider Drink


Directions :

  1. Place filter in coffee basket.
  2. add brown sugar, allspice, cloves, cinnamon stick, salt, nutmeg, and orange wedges together.
  3. Pour apple cider into coffee pot
  4. Brew, and serve hot.

Coconut Margarita

Today We are going to learn how to prepare a delicious drink with coconut. The name of this drinks is Coconut Margarita.

Ingredients :


Ice                          
2 cups
Coconut cream        
¾ cup
Tequila                    
4 cups
Triple sec              
1 cup
Flaked coconut          
¼ cup


Coconut Margarita


Directions :

1.   Fill blender with ice
2.   Add the coconut cream, tequila, and triple sec.
3.  Now blend it with a blender.

Serve in glasses with coconut flakes. Its very easy to make Coconut Margarita Drinks.
