Green Smoothie

Ingredients :


Vanilla Coconut Milk           
2 cups 
Vanilla protein powder        2 scoops
Honeydew melon              
1 cup 
Frozen mango               1 cup
Frozen banana            
½ cup
Fresh spinach               
2 cups
Chia seeds                   
2 teaspoons 


Green Smoothie
Directions :

1.      Pour coconut milk into a blender
2.       Add protein powder and chia seeds and blend.
3.      Let the mixture sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the chia seeds to gel.

Green Smoothie
4.       Add fruit and blend.
5.      Serve it
