Chicken Parmigiana is a very nice dinner. If you use some pasta and toasted greens then it will be better test. You can easily prepare Chicken Parmigiana. It needs only 30 minutes for preparation and 1 hour or 60 minutes for cooking. So totally you need 1 hours and 30 minutes for cooking Chicken Parmigiana.
Ingredients:
Shredded mozzarella cheese | 2 Ounces |
Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves | 2 |
Grated Parmesan cheese | ¼ Cup |
Egg beaten | 1 |
Spaghetti sauce | ¾ (16 ounce) jar |
Dry bread crumbs | 2 Ounces |
Directions:
- Bring a preheat oven, 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.
- Lightly grease a medium baking sheet.
- Now take a small shallow bowl.
- Place egg in that bowl.
- Then place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken into egg, then into the bread crumbs.
- Place coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until no longer pink.
- Pour 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce into a 7x11 inch baking dish.
- Place chicken over sauce and cover with remaining sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and return to the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
