Ingredients :

Wheat flour1 cup
Maida1 cup
Sugar2 tsp
Baking powder1/2 tsp
Yeast1 tsp
Ajwain1 tsp
Buttermilk1 1/2 cup
Hot milk1/2 cup
Spring onion1
Saltas needed
Oilas needed

Directions :
1. Cut spring onion finely.
2. Mix yeast, hot milk in a bowl and set aside till it rises.
3. Add maida, wheat flour, sugar, baking powder, ajwain, spring onion, buttermilk, salt, knead to a dough and set it aside for an hour.
4.Heat oil in a frying pan.
5.Take a small ball of dough, roll into a circle,  fry and serve hot.
