Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kebabs

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kebabs is very testy dish. You can easily prepare this dish. It needs only 50 minutes for preparation and 10 minutes only for cooking. So if you want to prepare this recipes for your guest then you need to prepare from 50 days before your guest come.

Ingredients:

Worcestershire sauce3 Tablespoons
Salt2 Teaspoons
White vinegar1 Teaspoon
White sugar, or to taste (optional)1 Tablespoon
Ranch dressing½ Cup
Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes5
Ground black pepper, or to taste¼ Teaspoon
Olive oil½ Cup
Lemon juice1 Teaspoon
Minced fresh rosemary1 Tablespoon

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kebabs


Directions:
  • First take a medium bowl.
  • Place the ranch dressing, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt, rosemary, white vinegar, sugar, lemon juice and pepper, stir together.
  • Now let stand for 5 minutes.
  • Place chicken in the bowl and stir to coat with the marinade.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill for medium high heat.
  • Thread chicken onto skewers and discard marinade.
  • Lightly oil the grill grate.
  • Grill skewers for 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear.
