Soy sauce½ Cup
Ground ginger½ Tea Spoon
White sugar½ Cup
Cornstarch1 Table Spoon
Skinless chicken thighs12
Cider vinegar¼ Cup
Cold water1 Table Spoon
Ground black pepper¼ Tea Spoon
Clove, garlic, minced1
  

Baked Teriyaki Chicken Easy Recipe


Directions:

1. Take a small saucepan and give over low heat.
2. Combine the cornstarch, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, ground black pepper, garlic, cold water and vinegar.
3. Let simmer. Stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and bubbles
4. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees Celsius.
5. Take a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and place chicken pieces in it.
6. Brush chicken with the sauce.
7. Turn pieces over and brush again
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes.

9. Turn pieces over and bake for another 25 minutes.
