Banana Berry Smoothie

Ingredients :

Strawberries ½ cup
Blueberries
½ cup
Banana ripe
1
Frozen banana 1
Soymilk 1 cup
Maple syrup
1 spoon
Apple cider vinegar
½ spoon
Sea salt
pinch
Ice cubes
½ cup



Banana Berry Smoothie
Directions :

1. Combine soy milk, fruits except banana, cider vinegar ice and salt and put it in a blender. Blend it for two minutes
2. Add banana and blend again
Add some chopped berries and ice cubes and serve it.
