Creamy Fig Smoothie

Ingredients :


Black figs

Coconut Milk Yogurt    
1 cup
Vanilla Coconut Milk    
½ cup
Water                       
¼ cup
Flaxseed oil               
1 spoon
Ground cinnamon   
1 spoon
Ice                          
½ cup


Creamy Fig Smoothie


Directions :

1.   Blend all the ingredients in a high-powered blender.
2.   Serve it in a glass.

Strawberries

white sugar              
2 spoons
low-fat yogurt              
1 cup
whole milk               
¼ cup


Strawberry Lassi

Directions :

1.   Place strawberries and sugar in a blender and blend.
2.   Pour in the milk and blend

3.   Add the yogurt and blend on high speed
4.   Pour the juice in glass and garnish with strawberries
5.   Serve it cold with ice

Ingredients :


Frozen orange juice              
1 cup
Frozen lemonade                
1 cup
Pineapple juice                
1 cup
Sugar                                 
1 ½ cup
Strong black tea             
2 cups
Bourbon whiskey             
2 cups
Soda                                    
1 cup


BOURBAN SLUSH


Directions :

1.       Mix orange juice, lemonade, pineapple juice, sugar, tea and whisky.
2.       Freeze overnight.
3.       Remove and let it stand for 10 minutes. Chop the frozen mixture with a potato masher.
4.       Add this to a glass and top it with soda.

Ingredients :


Apple juice       
1 cup
Sweet lime juice   
1 cup
Grenadine syrup      
1 spoon
Ice                        
crushed


RED APPLE SUNSET DRINK


Directions :

1.    Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake well
2.    Serve the juice in a wine glass and garnish with apple slices.
