Ingredients :
Tamarind soaked in water for 1 hour

Cumin seeds powder

1/2 cup

Lemon juice

Ground black pepper
powder

1/2 tsp

Rock salt

A pinch

1. Remove tamarind skin and deseed.
2. Strain the pulp and combine the pulp and remaining ingredients.
3. Blend all with water.
4. Serve chilled.
