Potato Roti

Ingredients :


Potatoes           
2 large
Wheat flour   
1 cup
All purpose flour   
¼ cup
Fenugreek leaves    
1 spoon dried
Mint leaves           
Few
Cilantro           
Few
Chilli                         
Few
Ginger paste         
1 spoon
Ajwain seeds         
¼ spoon
Salt and pepper          
Per taste
Vegetable oil          
2 spoons
Butter                   
Per taste


Potato Roti


Directions :

1.       Boil potatoes and grate them.
2.       In a bowl mix flour and fenugreek and mint, cilantro, chili, ginger, ajwain, salt and pepper.
3.       Mix the potatoes and add oil

4.       Mix into a dough and knead it. Divide into balls and roll them into rotis.
5.       Heat the griddle and cook the rotis until golden on each side

Serve it by applying some butter.
