Recipes for Chicken- Chicken Teriyaki

Ingredients :

Boneless chicken breasts4
Saltto taste
Black pepper powder1/2 teaspoon
Sugar2 tablespoons
Dark soy sauce2 tablespoons
Honey2 tablespoons
Oil2 tablespoons
Butter3 tablespoons
Carrots8-10 small
Ginger, sliced1 inch piece
Spring onions, finely chopped4
White wine3/4 cup
Bean sprouts1 cup

Recipes for Chicken- Chicken Teriyaki


Directions :
  • Put salt, black pepper, sugar, dark soy sauce and honey in to a bowl.
  • Mix them well.
  • Add chicken breasts to this mixture.
  • Let them marinate for at least half hour.
  • Now, in a non stick grilled pan, Heat 2 tablespoons oil.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a non stick pan.
  • Add carrots and salt to butter and sauté till the carrots got glazed.
  • Place chicken breasts to the grill pan and grill them.
  • Transfer the glazed carrots into the bowl.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of butter, ginger and spring onions to the same pan
  • Sauté them for a while.
  • Add half cup of white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Turn the chicken pieces after one side is done and cook the other side.
  • Switch off the heat.

  • Add sprouts to the spring onions and mix well.
  • Arrange carrots on one side of a serving dish.
  • Remove ginger slices from the sprout mixture and keep the sprout mixture next to the carrots.
  • Then keep the chicken pieces on the other side.
  • Add wine to these juices remaining in the grill.
